From the variants it is possible to distinguish subgroups as follows: AIKd (20, 22, 24, 27, 39, 41) and GRTV (7, 11, 15, 22, 33), although all the MSS. of the latter group often reveal individualist tendencies. There appears to be a close relationship between CPSa; this group inclines to AIKd in 13, 17, 37 (cf. also the analysis of the stanza order) and to GRTV in 19, 23, 27, 40. M is very individualistic (cf. 22, 29, 32, 38).
