The three MSS. CET reveal only slight divergences and stem from the same source, as is shown by the absence of l. 28 in all three. T, however, lacks ll. 6 and 7, and is guilty of frequent omissions, as well as containing a number of errors (10, 13, 20). CE provide the better text, but in contrast to E, C offers several individual or erroneous readings (8, 25, 31). The claim made by Bourland-Bergin that C offers the most logical and grammatical reading and that T helps to clear certain obscurities is without foundation.
